This statue of the Immaculate Conception of Mary is an original work of art done by Polly Brumder, specifically for Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery. This masterpiece is placed in the center of the Marian Garden along the Walk of the Rosary.
Designed and crafted by master blacksmith Nick Brumder, the Resurrection Cross stands in the middle of the cemetery and is a sign of our hope in the resurrection. The picture shows then Bishop of Austin, the Most Reverend Gregory Aymond, blessing the cross.
Situated in the St. Francis Garden, the St. Francis Fountain reminds us of the cleansing waters of baptism. Surrounded by cypress trees, a traditional symbol of mourning, the fountain becomes a symbol of hope in the midst of suffering.
This statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe is located in the Garden of Precious Love, for infant burials. Trusting, even in the midst of our grief, in the love and mercy of God, we come to Our Lady of Guadalupe as the patroness of the unborn. We implore her in her motherly grace to care for all the little children.
Set in Our Lady’s picturesque woods, the Prayer Path of St. Francis offers families the joy and peace of nature. Marked along the way with the prayer of St. Francis, this first Shrine was dedicated to the Knights of Columbus for the service to the cemetery and their support of families everywhere.
Come away to a quiet place. The St. Teresa of Calcutta sits between the prayer paths and offers a place for people to come and reflect on life's mysteries.
